How much does a coffee bar cost?
Setup starts at $299+ using an appropriate existing bar, $599+ for our outdoor setup, or $899+ for a vintage trailer. A quoted per-person charge is additional. Final pricing depends on your menu, guest count, staffing, duration and location.
Do you offer hot and iced coffee?
Yes. Hot and iced coffee are available, along with cocoa, chai and tea options. Your quote confirms the drinks and selections included in your event menu.
Do we have to book a vintage trailer?
No. Choose a vintage trailer, our outdoor bar or an appropriate existing setup at your venue. We’ll discuss which option fits your space and celebration.
Can we request specific flavors or creamers?
Yes. Tell us your preferences and any dietary needs when requesting a quote. We’ll confirm available options and any additional charges before booking.
How long is coffee service?
Most beverage quotes are based on four hours unless otherwise stated. We’ll confirm your preferred service times and any additional-hour pricing in your personalized quote.
What does our venue need to provide?
Requirements depend on your selected setup and menu. We’ll confirm access, placement, available space and any power requirements before booking.
Can we combine coffee with other services?
Yes. Pair coffee with mobile bar and bartending, a dirty soda bar, Mirror Me Photo Booth or Audio & Video Guest Book.
How do we reserve our date?
