Supply arrangements: Alcohol and specialty ingredients may be host-provided. Your quote confirms all inclusions and who supplies each item. Alcohol sales, cash bars and open bars depend on applicable licensing, permits and venue requirements.

How much does bar service cost?
Setup starts at $299+ using your existing bar, $599+ for our outdoor bar, or $899+ for a vintage trailer. Quoted per-person charges are additional and depend on your menu, guest count, staffing, duration and event location.
Do we need to book a trailer?
No. Choose a vintage trailer, our outdoor bar, or an appropriate existing bar at your venue. We’ll help you choose the setup that fits your space and event.
Can we choose our own drinks?
Yes. We’ll work with you on beer and wine, signature cocktails, custom drinks and nonalcoholic options. Your quote confirms the menu and supply arrangements.
Do you bring mixers and garnishes?
Yes. We bring the standard mixers, garnishes, cups, napkins and serving essentials agreed for your menu. Specialty requests are confirmed in your personalized quote.
Is alcohol included?
Alcohol may be host-provided. Your quote specifies who supplies each item. Service arrangements depend on applicable licensing, permits and venue requirements.
How long is bar service?
Most beverage quotes are based on four hours unless otherwise stated. We’ll confirm your service times and any additional-hour pricing in your quote.
Can we add other services?
Yes. Add a coffee bar, dirty soda bar, photo booth or Audio & Video Guest Book to create your event package.
How do we reserve our date?
Complete our event quote form with your date, venue, estimated guest count and preferred service times. A deposit secures your date, with full payment due 30 days before your event.
